Please read these terms carefully before enrolling.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ikshana Learning website (ikshanalearning.com) and the courses, content, materials and services we offer. By visiting our website, downloading our resources, or enrolling in any course, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting a callback, downloading a brochure, or enrolling in any course, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Courses Offered

Ikshana Learning provides coaching and learning resources for the following:

  • ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)
  • CMA (US) — Certified Management Accountant
  • CFA — Chartered Financial Analyst
  • FMVA / Financial Modelling courses
  • Free Test Series & Mock Exams
  • Free Video Lessons (paper-wise)
  • Brochures and study resources

3. Enrolment, Registration Form & Course Access

Enrolment commences from the date your first fee payment (or first instalment) is received. The no-refund and non-transferability terms in Section 4 apply from that moment.

A registration form must be completed within 7 days of payment so we can grant LMS access, set up your batch, and keep our records compliant. Failure to complete the registration form does not entitle the student to a refund — fees remain fully non-refundable from the date of payment, regardless of form status, batch attendance or LMS access usage.

Course access (live classes, recordings, study material) is granted for a defined window — typically through the next ACCA / CMA / CFA exam sitting plus a one-month buffer. Recordings expire automatically after this window.

4. Fees & Payments

All fees paid to Ikshana Learning are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Fees cannot be transferred between students, between papers, or between exam sittings.
  • Goods & Services Tax (GST) and any applicable taxes are extra unless specifically mentioned.
  • Payment plans (instalments) may be offered at our sole discretion. Default on an instalment may result in suspension of course access until dues are cleared.
  • Bank charges, transaction fees, foreign-exchange differences (especially for ACCA body fees paid in GBP) are the student's responsibility.

5. Modes of Delivery

We offer Face-to-Face classes (Delhi campus), Live Online classes, and Recorded classes. Ikshana Learning reserves the right to switch the mode of delivery — for example, from face-to-face to live online — in case of force majeure events such as government restrictions, lockdowns, faculty unavailability, or technical issues. Such mode changes do not entitle the student to a refund.

6. Recordings & Course Materials — Intellectual Property

All study material, recorded lectures, mock test papers, slides, notes, and other course content are the exclusive intellectual property of Ikshana Learning and / or the respective copyright owner. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use them only for your own learning during your active course access window.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Sharing your login credentials with anyone
  • Downloading, screen-recording or otherwise capturing live or recorded sessions
  • Re-uploading content to YouTube, Telegram, Google Drive, WhatsApp groups or any other platform
  • Selling, sub-licensing or commercially exploiting the materials

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your enrolment without refund and may attract legal action including civil and criminal proceedings under applicable Indian copyright law.

7. Mock Tests & Test Series

Our free mock tests and test series are provided as a learning utility. While they are designed by qualified faculty to mirror the real exam format and difficulty, we make no guarantee that the questions, weightage or difficulty level will exactly match any future real ACCA, CMA or CFA examination.

8. No Pass Guarantee

Ikshana Learning provides exam preparation, conceptual clarity, mentorship and practice resources. We do not guarantee that any individual student will pass an examination, achieve any specific marks, or secure any particular rank. Examination success depends on the student's own effort, attendance, practice and understanding. Statements about historical pass rates or rankers are descriptive of past student outcomes and are not promises of future results.

9. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain decorum during classes (online and offline) and treat faculty, staff and fellow students with respect. We reserve the right to remove any student from a batch — without refund — for any of the following:

  • Disrupting classes or harassing faculty / fellow students
  • Cheating during mock tests or sharing examination answers
  • Misuse, theft or unauthorised distribution of course materials
  • Violation of any provision of these Terms

10. Postponement & Missed Classes

Recordings of live classes are made available within a reasonable time after each session so that students who miss a live class can catch up. Individual one-on-one make-up sessions for missed classes are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of the faculty.

11. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to revise course fees, package structures and offers at any time for new enrolments. Existing students who have already enrolled and paid will not be affected by such changes for the duration of their original course access window.

12. Third-Party Links & Resources

Our website links to third-party resources such as ACCA Global, YouTube, examiner reports, LinkedIn, Google Maps and other external services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices of those third-party sites.

13. Privacy & Data

Information you submit through our forms (callback requests, brochure downloads, test series sign-up, etc.) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting your information, you consent to the practices described there.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Ikshana Learning's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our services is limited to the fees actually paid by you for the specific course in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages including lost income, lost opportunities or career setbacks.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will always be available at this page with the new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
