Ikshana Learning was founded with the goal of providing high-quality education to students from all backgrounds. We believe that everyone should have access to education that is tailored to their needs and goals, and we strive to make this a reality.
Ikshana is a Sanskrit word that means "to see, to observe, to study, to learn". Combined with "Learning", it represents a holistic approach that goes beyond just gaining information—involving observing, understanding, and applying knowledge to improve oneself.

With over a decade of experience in professional education, Mohit is a trusted mentor for globally recognised qualifications including ACCA, CMA (US), and Financial Modeling.
As a certified mentor for the Oxford Brookes BSc in Applied Accounting, he provides one-on-one guidance to ACCA students on their Research and Analysis Projects (RAP), helping them develop critical thinking, research skills, and academic rigour.
Mohit brings deep expertise in Financial Modeling, Valuation, and Investment Analysis — a skillset he has delivered through corporate training engagements with Grant Thornton and Technip Energies, where he has led focused sessions on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Statements Analysis.
Beyond the corporate classroom, Mohit is a sought-after guest faculty at leading universities and business schools. He has conducted Financial Modeling workshops at Sri Venkateswara College (Delhi University), and delivered guest lectures, webinars, and workshops at Chandigarh University and Manav Rachna University, among others.
Before transitioning to full-time education, Mohit served as Senior Consultant at IIFL (India Infoline Group) and Consultant at Globe Capital Market Ltd., gaining hands-on experience in financial analysis, M&A, risk arbitrage, and project management — real-world expertise he brings into every classroom.

Sahil Agarwal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and CFA Charterholder with over 8 years of professional working experience in Top 3, Big 4 and other Tier-1 consulting firms in the domain of corporate finance, strategy, assurance, risk advisory, and taxation.
He specializes in Equity and credit research, Financial modelling and valuation, CFA program, and accountancy. He has a strong background in Investment and Portfolio management and uses this experience to help students understand the practical applications of the CFA curriculum.
He is known for his ability to make difficult concepts easy to understand and for his interactive teaching style. He has a passion for helping students achieve their professional goals and excel in their exams.
